What do our clients have to say about us?...Some Proof Statements:

The Boeing Company's Airport Project Manager, Homeland Security & Services Division,  Mr. Kevin R. Keenan, stated:

"When The Boeing Company was named as the Integration Contractor for the Transportation Security Administration's deployment of baggage screening equipment, it was viewed as a monumental task which some said was impossible to complete in the required time.  Only by putting together a world-class team, was the mission completed by the target date.  CDS, Inc. was key in the completion of this project in the Caribbean.  They performed with spirit and professionalism, and were always willing to go the "extra mile" when it came to accomplishing the objective.  I would highly recommend CDS, Inc. to anyone looking for first-class work".

Artcom Global Services, Inc. President, Mr. Andres Ramos says:

"CDS was an easy choice.  Having worked with their President on many occasions prior to his incorporating this company, I saw no reason to look elsewhere.  He, nor CDS, let us down!  They're #1 for us".

Tropical Contractors Inc. Vice-President, Mr. Jorge Naranjo states:

"When we were looking for a company that could respond to our clients' aggressive implementation schedule and ensure 'zero' down-time, we evaluated four companies...only CDS provided us with a client track record and verifiable references that we used to make an educated decision.  To date, the only company we trust to support our digitalization and networking contracts is CDS".

IBM Critical Projects - Project Manager, Mr. Frank Shawn states:

"CDS provided us with professionalism from start to finish. Their Management of our project provided assurance of accomplishments and informed us and our client of day-to-day activities and milestones.  We would recommend CDS at any level for any LAN/WAN project!!

American Airlines International Project Manager - Corporate Real Estate Division, Mr. Daniel Menendez stated:

"Other companies should take notes...CDS provided American Airlines with all of the essential technical resources and project status reports to keep my management team and American Airlines well informed of our projects' progress, goals and outcomes.  Your work in San Juan, Puerto Rico made it easy to select you for our Grenada, St. Vincent's and St. Thomas projects.  Keep up the good work!!".

Lloyd Electric South-Eastern Regional Project Manager, Mr. Mark Masterson states:

"Having worked with CDS in the past, I included them in the bidding process for the Homeland Security Department's project.  Lloyd Electric, after evaluating three other companies decided that not only based on pricing, but the fact CDS' track record was unblemished, decided to contract CDS based on the high risk involved...Few companies can respond to such a project.  CDS performed in Puerto Rico, St. Thomas and St. Croix as expected, magnificently!!

Lloyd Electric Project Manager - Mr. Craig Brandt wrote:

All of our sub-contractors worked diligently and efficiently at the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport - Homeland Security Project, but my hat's off to CDS, Inc., their Project Manager and their team as a whole.  Well done!!

PS Splicing President & Vice-President Don & Patsy Smith wrote:

"We think you and your company are great!!  CDS is number ONE!!  When we were looking for help to restore telephone service in the New Orleans and Miami/Ft. Lauderdale areas after Hurricanes Katrina & Wilma catastrophically destroyed their respective telecommunication services, CDS responded quickly and efficiently.  You sent us skilled technicians and professional managers who quickly proved they could handle many difficult situations.  We at PS Splicing, LLC are truly proud and blessed to have worked with such a great company and to have made new friends with such great people.  Thank you CDS!!"

A NOTE FROM OUR PRESIDENT

The above statements are proof sources of our commitment to excellence...It is our mission and our goal.  It is with much appreciation and humility that I say, YOU'RE our clients, so thank YOU for allowing CDS to serve you!!

Most recently, I had the distinct honor of receiving the Diversity Business Award for the third consecutive year (2007-2008-2009); the last was received in Washington, D.C.  Our employees and professionals all know that I was simply the 'messenger' who went to receive these prestigious awards; they are the true winners.

"Thank you"

Our goal is to continue to provide higher standards of excellence and the best service offered in the Caribbean  and Southeastern United States Regions.

                                                                              LOUISIANA RECOVERY PROJECT

On November 6, 2005, CDS, Inc. Telecommunications Service Technicians were mobilized to the New Orleans area after being subcontracted by PS Splicing via a contract with Bellsouth.  Our objective and project goals are simply defined, restore telecommunications infrastructure to one of the United States' largest cities.  The effect of Hurricane Katrina has been well documented and the devastation was personally witnessed by CDS' and PS Splicing's owners Dionisio Ortiz II and Don Smith respectively.  CDS Service Technicians were on-site for approximately 6 months to support the needs of Bellsouth and did not leave until New Orleans' telecommunications was restored!!  Once again CDS responded to the needs of our brothers and sisters abroad and will continue to support these efforts as they arise.
