With over 35 years of experience in the Information Technology Systems arena, a Graduate of C.C.N.Y., B.S. Architecture, Computer Science, Business Administration, Dionisio and his staff are celebrating CDS, Inc.'s 10th Anniversary during 2011. Dionisio is a member of Diversity Business, one the of largest business opportunity portals in the United States.

Victor has over 15 years of positive experience in the area of Financial and Corporate Planning. Working hand-in-hand with CDS executives, he is directly responsible for Corporate Business Plan continuity, financial projections and compliance to all Federal, State & local government regulations.  

Zoraida has been with CDS, Inc. since it's incorporation and is considered one of the highest-level Executive's within CDS. Handling all of the internal financial matters of the Corporation, she has assisted in converting CDS into a multi-million dollar company and leader in the Caribbean Region.

Mario has also been an intregal part of CDS since 2001 when CDS was 'born'.  Having managed some of the most highly sensitive projects CDS has confronted, Mario has proven himself to be an asset to CDS!  With over 30 years of Outside-Plant & Inside-Plant communications experience, he has proven to be one of the main reasons CDS has separated itself from its competition.

Janice spear-heads one of the most complex aspects of our business...procurement of new business and assuring CDS is compliant to project specifications and objectives.  With over 12 years in the manufacturing business, Janice is involved with most of CDS' Federal Government procurement opportunities and assuring CDS remains compliant to all Federal Government registers, databases, certifications and company requisites assuring all company data is up-to-date.

One of the newest members of CDS' executive staff, Edna brings over 10 years of past experience in sales, retail and productivity analysis to the table.  Having worked with architectural 'Design-Build' firms, gives Edna the edge CDS requires to procure new business and continue the corporations sales projections in line with our business plan.

Carmen's primary responsibility is to insure CDS complies to its projects' specifications from both an engineering and workmanship standpoint. Review of project specifications, schedules as well as forecasting compliance to safety requirements are an important part of her day-to-day responsibilities. As a certified & registered Professional Electrical Engineer, Carmen brings savvy, common sense and unsurpassed professionalism to CDS and its electrical crews as well as our demanding clients.

Michael brings over 21 years of management expertise to CDS.  Having worked in various management positions such as Superintendent, QC Inspector, Division Manager & Project Management positions which include more than $4.5M in procurement projects, Michael strengthens CDS by possessing the capability to manage complex projects.  Specifically hired to oversee High-Security related IT projects at the U.S. Federal Government level, Michael's insight, attention to detail and ability to interact with the highest level Federal Contractors makes him an important asset to our company.
